- Participation: How the community was involved
- Outputs: What we delivered
- Outcomes: What changed
- Sustainability: Whether the change will continue
- Learning: What we can improve

Contact, then a needs assessment under the relevant Pillar, then service, follow-up, feedback, and finally graduation and sustainability.
Beneficiary Rights
Across all Pillars, everyone we serve has the right to Dignity, Respect, Privacy, Consent, Protection and the Opportunity to Give Feedback.
Monitoring & Evaluation
Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) tracks each Pillar separately and all Pillars together.
Annual Reports
Our annual reports will show, for each Pillar: Projects, Funds, Beneficiaries, Stories and Lessons Learned.
