Anti-Money Laundering, Counter-Terrorism & Refund Policy

Part A: AML/CTF

1. No anonymous donations above KES 50,000 without ID verification.
2. Donations above KES 100,000 require a source of funds declaration, as per Board approval.
3. KYC via Paystack verification.
4. Suspicious transactions are reported to the Financial Reporting Centre (FRC) as required by law.
5. The Board confirms these thresholds are approved and practical to implement.

Part B: Refund Policy

1. Donations are voluntary and generally non-refundable.
2. If there is an error (wrong amount or duplicate), request a refund within 7 days via info@skcctrust.org, with proof of the transaction.
3. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days.
4. After 7 days, a refund is possible only with exceptional Board approval.
